One of the biggest problems in sales is not a lack of leads. It’s the amount of time salespeople spend finding the right ones to reach out to.
Recently, we worked with Bryan at Comcast Business West to solve exactly that problem.
Every morning, Bryan needed to spend time searching through ZoomInfo, identifying companies that matched his ideal customer profile, figuring out which prospects were actually worth contacting, and then writing outreach that made sense for each company and market.
It worked, but it was taking up one to two hours at the beginning of almost every day.
We thought that time could be put to much better use.
Building A Custom Automated Lead Curation System
Using a combination of OpenClaw agents and Claude Opus 4.6, we built Bryan a custom sales tool designed around the way he already works.
The first version took roughly four days to build. We then spent another two to three days testing the workflow, reviewing the lead quality, and making sure the output was something he could actually use every morning.
The finished system automatically searches for prospects that match his ICP and delivers a curated list of 10 ZoomInfo leads.
But finding the leads is only half the job.
For each prospect, the system also creates personalized email copy based on the company, the opportunity, and the market he is selling into. Instead of starting his morning with a blank screen and a ZoomInfo search, he starts with a focused list of prospects and outreach that is ready to work from.
The Real Benefit Is Getting Time Back
Automation is usually talked about in terms of productivity, but we think the more interesting metric is time.
This tool saves Bryan roughly one to two hours every morning.
That gives him more time to talk to customers, follow up on opportunities, and focus on actually selling instead of preparing to sell.
It also means that when the workday starts winding down, he has more time for something he actually enjoys, which is getting outside and going for a bike ride around the scenic SF Bay Area hillsides.
That is what good automation should do.
It should not completely change the way someone works or give them another complicated piece of software to manage. It should quietly remove the repetitive part of the job so they can spend more time on the things that matter.

We recorded a new video showing how our sales system works and what the automated lead curation process looks like in practice.
If you are a sales leader or business owner wondering what a custom AI sales workflow could actually look like inside your organization, this is a good example of what can be built in about a week. With the right feedback, the possibilities are endless.

At ClawHero AI, this is the type of work we want to do more of. Find the repetitive bottlenecks hiding inside a business, build something useful around the existing workflow, and give people their time back so they can do more of the things they love.
